At gagabodys, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed on our website.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, with all tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please email us within 3 calendar days of placing the order.

Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to the consumer’s own reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged item, wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping fee.

Damages & Issues

Exchanges

  2. Once the return is approved, send the item back.
  3. Place a new order for the replacement item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must still meet the condition requirements listed above.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
